That's great. The Chicks definitely didn't back down. And they got the last laugh. Thanks for participating.

I liked what they said the first time around. Too bad we can't get them to say it again.

The Chicks have every right to an opinion and the same rights apply to others. The Chicks and many of their supporters wanted to deny that right. "This is America, you have the right to say stupid things and that right allows others to say that what you just said was stupid" All is fair. The Chicks deserved the criticism they received. They entered into the arena of political opinions and whined when others offered theirs. That is not heroic or strong; it is pathetic! The Chicks' music was great, but they stomped on the toes of their fans and wanted a pass. I watched as they told their sad story to Barbara Walters. I can only guess that the tears were actually caused by them pissing on each others head and calling it rain. It all boiled down to the Chicks wanting to criticize and not be criticized. That may work in the fantasy world of the Chicks, but not in real world. What seemed to be missing from every defender of the Chicks was that people have the right to not like them for what ever reason they choose. It could be that they don't like fat chicks with big mouths or short chicks with poor judgment. Regardless of the reason, people have the same right to criticize them as they do to criticize others. End of debate; they lose!

The ladies showed incredible bravery and integrity. Not a super fan of the music, but love their politics. G'day
